Therapy Groups

Group therapy offers a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals can share their experiences and gain insights from others facing similar challenges. Led by our experienced and compassionate therapists, group sessions focus on fostering a sense of community and mutual understanding. Participants benefit from diverse perspectives, enhancing personal growth and emotional resilience. Through structured discussions, interactive activities, and therapeutic techniques, group therapy provides a unique opportunity for healing and self-discovery. Group therapy can be a stand-alone treatment, a helpful adjunct to individual therapy, or an important next step in treatment for those looking to apply self-knowledge and skills gained through individual therapy.

All therapy groups require a consultation and orientation appointment with the group leader. Schedule your consultation appointment here, by phone, or email the group leader directly.

(You may be placed on a waitlist until the group reaches minimum participants to begin or if the group is currently full.)
