Biofeedback Training Packages

The Standard Biofeedback Training Package
Total Cost: $1000 (Savings of over $250)
Includes:
1. Initial Consultation (Duration: 45 minutes)
Complete a detailed intake form.
Assessment of current stress levels, emotional health, and goals.
Introduction to the science behind biofeedback, HRV, and HeartMath techniques.
Baseline HRV assessment.
2. Personalized Treatment Plan
Your therapist will develop a tailored biofeedback training plan based on the initial consultation.
3. Six Biofeedback Practice Sessions (Duration: 45 minutes per session, weekly)
Introduction of new HeartMath biofeedback technique each week.
Integrate use of HeartMath biofeedback monitor in session.
Discuss previous week’s homework and self-practice.
Review current stressors, successes and challenges implementing biofeedback techniques.
4. Homework and Self-Practice
Daily practice of HeartMath techniques (5-15 minutes).
Weekly homework worksheets to reflect on practice.
Use HeartMath apps to track progress and maintain motivation.
Journaling to reflect on emotional changes and stress levels.
5. Mid-Program Review
After biofeedback practice session three, your therapist will evaluate progress, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments to techniques and goals as needed.
6. Final Session and Evaluation (Duration: 45 minutes)
Review overall progress, reinforce techniques, and plan for future maintenance.
Perform a final HRV assessment and compare with baseline.
Discuss long-term strategies for maintaining benefits.
Provide resources for ongoing support and practice.
7. Tools and Resources
In office use of HeartMath Technology: emWave® Pro, Inner Balance® sensor.
Option to rent HeartMath Technology for home use ($80 for 8 weeks).
Apps: HeartMath apps for mobile devices.
Guided Materials: Breathing and visualization exercises, instructional videos.
Reading Materials:HeartMath books and articles for deeper understanding.
The Extended Support Biofeedback Training Package
Total Cost: $1500 (Savings of over $350)
Includes:
All sessions and resources listed in “Standard Biofeedback Training Package”
Adds monthly follow-up support sessions (45 minutes) for 4 months post-program.
The Complete Biofeedback Training Package
Total Cost: $2000 (Savings of over $500)
Includes:
All sessions and resources listed in “Standard Biofeedback Training Package”
Adds monthly follow-up support sessions (45 minutes) for 4 months post-program.
Adds weekly check-in sessions (25 minutes) during weeks 1- 6 for added accountability and technique practice review.
Rental fee for HeartMath technology for the duration of initial program (8 weeks).
