Initial Individual Sport & Performance Assessment (55 - 60 mins) | $200
Individual Sport & Performance Session (45-50 mins) | $150
Individual Sport & Performance Mini-Session (15 - 25 mins) | $80

Peak Performance Group
Led by Dr. Cora Ryan.
Meets bi-weekly on Mondays from 6:00 - 7:30 pm, virtual.
The “Peak Performance Group” is a sport and performance focused group, designed to help individuals overcome the pressures and stress associated with high-stakes environments. The group is led by Dr. Ryan, a Licensed Psychologist and sport and performance specialist. This group focuses on techniques to manage anxiety, build confidence, and enhance overall performance. Participants will share experiences, learn practical strategies, and support one another in a collaborative setting. Whether you’re an athlete, performer, or professional, join us to develop the mental resilience needed to excel and thrive in your pursuits.
