An evening of fall fun and fellowship for local women! We will be hosting a creative swap at Sundial Coffee and Tea on October 21st from 6:30-8:00pm. Childcare will be available but must be requested in your registration. great time to invite your besties for a night of lighthearted connection, encouragement, and relaxation. Nothing about this is meant to be taken too seriously!!!
Registration Deadline is October 14. RSVP is necessary due to the nature of the event.
1. GET CREATIVE - Choose one item you love and Make 8 of the same item to share with the group! Handmade items are strongly encouraged (that’s the point!) and should have a value of approximately $5-$15 each if you were selling them at a craft fair. Think of things you already enjoy making — small sewing crafts, yarn goods, candles, paper crafts, etc. It does not need to be professional level work —just something you’re proud to share.
2. BRING 8 - Bring your 8 items individually packaged and ready to swap! Have fun with this — create your own little labels, but remember we are about fellowship and connection, NOT PERFECTION!
3. GET YOUR TICKETS - When you arrive, you’ll receive 8 tickets to “shop” the swap.
4. SHOP & SWAP - Browse all the items and use your 8 tickets to “purchase” 8 different items to take home.
5. FOCUS ON FELLOWSHIP - This isn’t just a swap—it’s a night to slow down and enjoy one another. We’ll spend time talking, laughing, sharing life as moms, and getting to know other women in our area!
6. TAKE HOME YOUR FAVORITES - You’ll leave with 8 new goodies—and hopefully feeling a little more connected to the women you’re walking alongside in this season of motherhood and faith.
