The Still Shore Collective
-
Because we aren't meant to do this alone.
Still Shore creates opportunities for women to connect beyond surface-level conversation, share experiences, learn from one another, and build community that extends beyond the workshop. -
Guidance grounded in psychology and experience.
Led by a licensed psychologist, Still Shore workshops combine evidence-based mental health concepts with practical tools and thoughtful discussion—all in an approachable, relatable environment. -
Where mental health and faith can meet.
We believe faith and mental health don't have to exist in separate spaces. Our workshops thoughtfully incorporate Christian principles while making room for honest questions, growth, and the complexities of life. -
Come as you are. No perfection required.
Our gatherings offer a welcoming space where women can be honest about the challenges of real life, listen without judgment, and feel less alone in their experiences.
Creating space for women to grow in faith, mental health, and community.
Still Shore Collective is a faith-informed community created for women who are navigating the beautiful, messy, and often overwhelming seasons of life. Through workshops, gatherings, and educational experiences, we create space to slow down, connect with others, explore our mental and emotional well-being, and grow in faith.
Life isn't always still. There are changing seasons, unexpected waves, and moments when we feel anything but grounded. Still Shore is a reminder that peace doesn't require a perfectly calm life. We can learn to stay rooted, receive grace, and move through life's tides with greater intention and connection.
Founded by psychologist Dr. Cora Ryan in Coastal North Carolina, Still Shore Collective brings together principles of mental health, faith, and community to help women move beyond perfectionism and striving toward a life marked by grace, authenticity, and meaningful connection.
Come as you are. There is room for you here.
